SM Enterprise is a licensed recruiting agency operating under the Government of Bangladesh and follows all applicable regulations, including BMET and BAIRA guidelines.

SM Enterprise provides overseas employment facilitation services. All job placements depend on employer requirements, candidate interview performance, and visa approval from relevant authorities. We do not guarantee job placement unless it is confirmed through official documentation issued by the employer and authorized Authority.
All service charges and fees are set in accordance with Government of Bangladesh regulations, and any applicable costs will be clearly communicated before processing begins. We do not accept payments through unauthorized agents or third parties, and applicants are strongly advised to deal directly with our official office.
Applicants are responsible for submitting valid and authentic documents, including passports, certificates, and other required paperwork. Candidates must attend interviews, complete medical examinations, and follow all legal migration procedures. Any false or misleading information may lead to immediate disqualification from the recruitment process.
We may collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, passport details, and job preferences for recruitment and communication purposes. This information is handled securely and is not sold or shared with unauthorized parties, though it may be shared with employers or authorities when required by law.
By submitting your information through our website, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, or any online platform, you consent to being contacted via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding job opportunities and recruitment updates. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
While we strive to provide genuine overseas job opportunities, SM Enterprise is not responsible for any rejection by employers, embassies, or immigration authorities, as outcomes depend on external approvals.
SM Enterprise strictly complies with all applicable laws, including BMET guidelines, Bangladesh Labor Law, and international recruitment standards. We act solely as a facilitator between candidates and foreign employers, and employment contracts are made directly between the candidate and the employer. Therefore, we are not responsible for employer actions, working conditions, or any changes that occur after deployment.
We are not liable for any losses, delays, or issues arising from visa rejection, government processing delays, or incorrect information provided by applicants. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to government-approved policies, and any deductions will be clearly communicated.
Policy Changes:
SM Enterprise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
